Website and marketing privacy notice

This notice covers this website, the demo pages and the links we send to healthcare practices. Patient test results and the provider portal are covered by our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, not by this page.

What we record

When you open a link we sent your practice, or watch a video on one of our demo pages, we record the time, the type of device and browser, the IP address it came from, and an approximate location (city and region) that our hosting provider derives from that IP address. The link itself tells us which practice it was sent to.

When you fill out a form (contact, account request, pickup request), we keep what you enter so we can respond. We also use Google Analytics to count visits to the site.

Why

To follow up with practices that show interest, to see which of our messages are useful, and to tell real visits apart from automated link scanners. We do not sell this information or share it with advertising networks.

Text messages to patients

Patients who choose text notifications get texts about their lab orders, when results are ready in the patient portal, and their portal account, under our text message terms. We do not share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties for marketing.

Your choices
